Workshop certificates from a participant sheet
A workshop certificate generator fills one certificate for each person on your list. Upload a CSV or Excel file, edit the Workshop template, and download a ZIP. Each row becomes its own certificate.
A weekend studio, a clay class, or an internal skills session usually needs the session name, the date, and the participant. The Workshop starter uses a pink corner layout and a facilitator line. Change the title, body, and colors before you export if the default sentence does not match the session.
Suggested template: Workshop. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Steps
- 1.Export the participant list. Keep one row per person. Use a name column, a column for the workshop title, and a date column. CSV and XLSX both work.
- 2.Map the columns. Drop the file into the tool. Confirm the name, course, and date mappings. Extra columns can be inserted in the certificate text.
- 3.Edit the Workshop template. Open the editor to change the title, body, signer, and colors. Insert {{course}} or {{date}} where the sheet should fill in.
- 4.Download the batch. Choose PDF for print, or PNG or JPG for chat and email you send yourself. Free covers 10 certificates in the batch and adds a small mark.
Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.

Questions
Can two workshop dates live in one sheet?
Yes. Put the date in a column and use {{date}} in the template. Each row prints its own date. If everyone shares one date, type that date into the template and leave the date column unmapped.
Can I put the facilitator's signature on the certificate?
Yes. Upload a signature image in the editor, or keep the typed signer name and hide the image.
Will participants receive an email?
Download the ZIP and share the files yourself.
