Community event certificates from a signup sheet

For a neighbourhood event, upload the signup sheet, edit the Volunteer template, and download one certificate per person. You can add the group's logo and change the green accent.

Fairs, cleanups, and cultural days rarely need a formal seal. The soft Volunteer frame is a calmer start. If the event is a talk, the Attendance template may fit better. Both are editable.

Suggested template: Volunteer. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.

Steps

  1. 1.Use the signup sheet you already have. Name, event, date, and the group. Hours are optional.
  2. 2.Upload a logo. PNG, JPG, or WebP. Wide logos are contained inside the logo box. Drag the box if it covers text.
  3. 3.Edit the thank-you line. Keep it specific to the event. The row fills any fields you insert.
  4. 4.Download within the free 10 if you are trying it. Larger events need a higher plan.

Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.

sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.
