Attendance certificates from a sign-in sheet
Map the attendee name, the session, and the date, then download one attendance certificate per row. Edit the orange Attendance template if you need different wording or your own logo.
Attendance is a narrow claim: the person was there. Do not write that they passed an assessment unless that is what your sheet records and what you mean. The template body is yours to edit.
Suggested template: Attendance. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Steps
- 1.Clean the sign-in sheet. Remove duplicates if the same person signed twice and you only want one certificate.
- 2.Upload CSV or Excel. The first row should be headers. Quoted commas in names are supported in CSV.
- 3.Preview a long name. If a name is long, the recipient line reduces its size down to 11 pt so it stays inside the frame.
- 4.Export. Choose PDF, PNG, or JPG. Image size is Screen at 150 dpi or Print at 300 dpi. JPG also has a quality slider.
Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.

Questions
Can I certify attendance hours?
You can print an hours column with {{hours}}. The tool does not check that the hours are accurate.
What happens above the free limit?
The download generates the allowed count and tells you how many rows were left out. A higher plan covers a larger batch.
Can I remove the border?
Yes. Use the Border switch in the editor. The preview and the download both follow that switch.
