You may use sheetcerts to turn a spreadsheet you have the right to use into certificate files. You are responsible for the names, claims, logos, and signatures on those files.

No accreditation

sheetcerts is not a school, an exam board, a licensing body, or a certificate authority. A download does not by itself prove that someone completed a course or earned an award.

Plans

Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.

Online checkout is not offered yet. The free plan is available in the tool.

What the service includes

Certificates download as files for you to share. Saved templates stay on the device where you saved them. A check page shows the details printed on the certificate. sheetcerts does not keep a certificate registry.

Your content

You keep the rights to your spreadsheet, wording, logo, and signature. Do not use a logo or a signature you are not allowed to use. sheetcerts does not review the text for accuracy.

Availability

A damaged file or an unsupported font can stop a download. Review one certificate before you rely on a batch. There is no uptime commitment.
