Seminar certificates from an attendee list
Upload the attendee list, edit the certificate text, and download one file per person. Seminars and short talks fit the Attendance template. You can change the title if you do not want the word attendance.
A seminar certificate is usually the talk title, the speaker or host, and the date. Put the talk title in the course column. Put the host in the organization column, or type the speaker into a signer field.
Suggested template: Attendance. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Steps
- 1.Collect the attendee sheet. Name, seminar title, date, and host. Email can sit in the sheet for your own use. It is not used to send mail.
- 2.Edit the kicker and title. The kicker is the small line above the title. Change it from CERTIFICATE if you want SEMINAR.
- 3.Align the text. Select a text element and set left, center, or right. Drag it if the line needs to move.
- 4.Download. The ZIP contains one certificate per generated row. Names are made into filenames, with a number added when two files would collide.
Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.

Questions
Can the speaker's name change per row?
Yes. Use a Speaker column and insert {{speaker}} in the signer name.
What if I only have a Google Sheet?
Download it as CSV or Excel from Google Sheets, then upload that file. There is no live Google account connection.
Does the tool keep a copy of the seminar list?
Keep a copy of your spreadsheet. Refreshing the page clears the current batch.
