Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
Does my spreadsheet stay private?
Yes. Your spreadsheet stays on your device. sheetcerts does not receive the file.
Can I edit the certificate?
Yes. Change the title, body, names, colors, fonts, logo, and signature on any template.
What file do I download?
A ZIP with one PDF, PNG, or JPG for each person in the batch. PNG and JPG can be screen or print size.
What does the free plan include?
Ten certificates per batch, full editing, and a small sheetcerts mark. Saving templates and the public check page are on paid plans.
Are these official accredited certificates?
No. sheetcerts creates the file from your text. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.
How do I use extra columns?
Map the main fields, then insert any other column with {{header}} in the text. Unknown names print as blank.
Can I save a template?
Saving templates is included with Pro and Team. Free and Batch pass include editing and preview for the batch you are working on.
What is the public check page?
Team certificates can include a link to a public page with the name, programme, date, and organization printed on the certificate.
Which names print correctly?
Accented Latin names such as Zoë Müller, José Álvarez, and Søren Østergaard print with the included fonts. Preview one certificate before a large batch if a name uses another writing system.
What are the prices?
Free is $0 for 10 per batch. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year for up to 500 a month. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year for up to 3,000 a month.
Do I need an account?
No. You can create a free batch without an account. An account is for saving templates on Pro and Team.
