Webinar certificates from a registration export

Export the registration list as CSV or Excel, map the attendee name and the webinar title, then download one certificate per row. The Attendance template is a practical starting point, and every line of it can be edited.

Webinar tools usually export a name, an email, and a session title. Map the attendee and the session, then share the ZIP yourself.

Suggested template: Attendance. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.

Steps

1. 1.Download the registration export. From Zoom, Google Forms, or your own sheet, export CSV or XLSX. Delete empty trailing rows if the export adds them.
2. 2.Check the name column. Some exports split first and last name. Combine them in the sheet first, because the recipient line prints one column.
3. 3.Start from Attendance. The orange band layout reads clearly on a slide-sized landscape page. Edit the body so it says attended a webinar rather than a room event, if you want that wording.
4. 4.Pick a format. PDF is the better file for someone who will print. PNG and JPG are easier to drop into a follow-up message you send yourself.
