Training certificates from an employee list

Put one employee per row, map the name and the training title, and generate a certificate for each row. The Training starter is a violet classic layout. You can edit the text, hide the seal, and add your logo.

HR and team leads often need a simple record that someone finished an internal course. This page is about producing those files. It does not record completion in an HR system, and it does not decide whether a course meets a regulator's rule.

Suggested template: Training. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.

Steps

1. 1.Build a one-row-per-person sheet. Columns that work well: employee name, training title, completion date, and the team or company name.
2. 2.Upload it in the tool. CSV, XLS, and XLSX are read locally. The reader stops after 5,000 data rows. Generation is still limited by the plan, starting at 10 on Free.
3. 3.Edit the Training wording. Change the body if you need hours or a module name. Use {{hours}} when that column is mapped.
4. 4.Download and file the ZIP. Each certificate is a separate PDF, PNG, or JPG inside one ZIP. Filenames follow the recipient name.
