Employee recognition certificates from a staff list
Use a staff sheet with the person's name and the reason for the recognition. The Excellence template is the starting layout. Edit the title and body so they match the award you are actually giving.
Recognition certificates are internal documents. They do not change pay, title, or employment status. Write the reason in plain language, and use a column when the reason differs from person to person.
Suggested template: Excellence. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Steps
- 1.Prepare the staff list. Name, award or reason, date, and company. Avoid nicknames unless that is what should be printed.
- 2.Edit the award title. The default title is of Excellence. Change it to the name of your internal award.
- 3.Add the company logo and a signature. Hide the signature line if you only want the image.
- 4.Download the batch. Pro includes 500 certificates a month.
Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.
