Safety training certificates from a roster
Upload the roster, map the person and the course name, and download a certificate per row. Use the Training template and edit the wording to match the briefing you ran. The PDF is not an official licence.
Site briefings, fire drills, and first-aid refreshers often need a simple handout. Include the date and the course name from the sheet so a later reader can see which session you meant. Do not imply a government card unless you are issuing one through the proper body.
Suggested template: Training. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Steps
- 1.Export the roster. Name, course, date, hours, and the employer or site. Remove people who did not attend.
- 2.Edit the Training template. Name the briefing in the body. Add the trainer on the signer line.
- 3.Preview the mark. Free prints a small made with sheetcerts line. Batch pass, Pro, and Team leave it off.
- 4.Store the ZIP yourself. sheetcerts does not keep the roster after you close the tab, because it never received it.
Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.

Questions
Is this a replacement for an official safety card?
No. It prints your text. Licensing bodies issue their own cards.
Can I include an expiry date?
Add an Expiry column and insert {{expiry}} in the body. You choose the date. The tool does not calculate it.
Can the border be thicker for posting on a wall?
The border switch shows or hides the frame. Color changes the accent. A fully custom stroke width control is not in the editor.
