School certificates for a class list
A school certificate here means a designed file for a class event, a club, or the end of a unit. Upload the class list, edit the template, and download. sheetcerts is not a school and does not replace a report card or an official transcript.
Use this when you need the same layout for every student and different names. Assembly awards, reading challenges, and club membership fit. Exam boards and ministry certificates do not: this tool cannot issue those.
Suggested template: Completion. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Steps
- 1.Make a class sheet. Columns: student name, activity or subject, date, and school name. Keep one student per row.
- 2.Start from Completion. The blue classic layout is a familiar certificate shape. Edit the title if this is a reading award rather than a course.
- 3.Add the school logo. Upload the logo in the editor. It stays on this device. You can drag it on the preview.
- 4.Print from the PDF ZIP. Choose A4 or Letter before export. Screen PNG is 150 dpi. Print PNG and JPG use 300 dpi.
Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.

Questions
Can I make one certificate for a whole class?
The tool makes one file per row. A single class certificate means one row, or you type the class name into the recipient line and download one file.
Will the school name be stored online?
Your spreadsheet stays on your device. A Team check page shows the name, programme, date, and organization on the certificate.
Can every name be printed as typed?
Accented names such as Zoë Müller, José Álvarez, and Søren Østergaard print with the included fonts. Preview one certificate before a large batch if a name uses other writing systems.
