Scholarship certificates for an award list
Map each recipient, edit the Excellence layout so it names the scholarship, and download the files. sheetcerts does not transfer money, confirm eligibility, or register the award with a foundation.
Committees sometimes want a certificate in addition to a letter. Put the scholarship name in the course or award column and the year in the date. Read the sentence aloud before you generate the batch.
Suggested template: Excellence. You can edit every line of it, then download PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Steps
- 1.Build the recipient list. Legal name or the name the recipient asked to see, the scholarship name, the date, and the fund or school.
- 2.Edit the award frame copy. Replace of Excellence with the scholarship name, or keep a short title and put the full name in the body.
- 3.Preview every unusual name. Accented Latin names are covered by the Noto fonts. Preview one certificate before printing a large set.
- 4.Download PDF for the packet. Use Print image size only if you need PNG or JPG at 300 dpi. PDF stays vector text.
Free covers 10 certificates per batch, with a small sheetcerts mark. Batch pass is $5 once for up to 200, without the mark. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, up to 500 a month, with saved templates. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year, up to 3,000 a month, with a public check page.
sheetcerts creates certificates from the text and spreadsheet you provide. It is not a school, an exam board, or an accrediting body.

Questions
Can I include the award amount?
Yes, as text in a column. The tool will print it. It will not pay it.
Is there a public register of winners?
No. Team check links only echo fields that were printed. They are not a scholarship database.
Can two signers both appear?
Yes. The template has two signer lines. Edit both names and titles, or hide the signature block.
